  • What exactly is image consulting?
    Image consulting is a professional service that focuses on enhancing an individual's visual appearance to align with their personal, social, or professional goals. Image consultants provide advice on clothing and overall style to help clients project a polished and authentic image. This often involves considerations of color analysis, where consultants assess the most flattering colors for a person based on their skin tone, and body shape analysis, which involves recommending clothing styles that complement the client's unique physique. By combining these elements, image consulting aims to boost confidence, create a positive first impression, and foster a sense of self-expression in clients.
  • How are files sent and received?
    Customer pictures and Virtual Image Consultancy reports are sent and received via email. In the rare instances where a file is too large to email, we use Dropbox or WeTransfer (whichever is more convenient for the customer).
  • If I opt for the Zoom consultation, can we arrange for the meeting to be held after work hours?
    Yes, our Zoom consultations are flexible. We can also arrange for the consultation to take place on a weekend.
  • How exactly does access to the PocketStylist iOS/Android app work?
    You download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store onto your phone. We then supply a registration code, which gives you a lifetime license to use the application.
  • How do customers pay?
    A PayPal invoice is sent to your email address after you place your order. Please note that you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay a PayPal invoice. For more information on PayPal, please visit their help center.
  • When do customers pay?
    Customers can either pay the full amount up front, or the invoice can be split into two payments. If split, the Color and Style report is finished and delivered after the the first payment, and the PocketStylist lifetime-registration token is delivered after the second payment. The Zoom consultation, if applicable, is conducted after the second payment, too.
  • Will anyone besides Virtual Image Consultancy see my photos?
